Shipping Terms & Delivery

 

We deliver WORLDWIDE except Russia (due to Russian shipping restrictions).

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

For all shipments we use Australia Post.

* These delivery times exclude public holidays and maybe subject to delays due to causes outside of Australia Posts control, and maybe slightly longer for remote areas.

* Excludes Russia. 

Order Tracking:

For all shipments: An email will be sent to you with an Australia Post tracking number for your parcel.  You will receive email updates from Australia Post with updates on your parcel's journey until it is delivered. 

Please note: For international deliveries, once the parcel reaches its country of destination, tracking will switch to that countries postal providers network. For example for NZ purchases tracking will change to NZ Post once the parcel reaches NZ.

Undeliverable and Unclaimed Parcels:   

If there is no one to receive your parcel, a card will be left with instructions with delivery/pick up options. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order.  Any shipping charges incurred in the return of undeliverable or unclaimed parcels will be charged to you plus a processing fee of $25.00.

All Australian street address deliveries require a signature on delivery. 

All international shipments require a signature on delivery.

 

International Duties, Taxes and Tarrifs

(For all international deliveries outside of Australia)
Any import GST/VAT and /or customs duties including tariffs that may apply are the full responsibility of you the purchaser.
Naran Lingerie is not liable for these charges, unfortunately, they can not be refunded or reimbursed by Naran Lingerie.

Customs policies vary from country to country.  Please contact your local customs office if you
would like more information on any duties, taxes and tariffs that may apply, prior to making your purchase.

 

For all Purchases 

If you place your order before 2pm on a weekday, we will ship your order out that day.
For purchases made on weekends, public holidays, and after 2pm, your order will be shipped on the next day of business.
